What do you want to change at Nova? Nova might be going through some big changes soon so I’m asking people what they want to change, and why they feel it’s important. This is what I found out.
Chris: I wish people would attend their classes and take things seriously. It would make for a stronger community with a better education.
Deirdre: I think we should have a better system for study spaces. We should have two places for study areas. One should be complete silence and another for more of group situations where the area can then get kind of loud. This would allow people to choose what works best for them.
J.P: I think we should have more teacher-based structures and classes taught by teachers because students don’t always know what to do. In some ways it stalls your learning when you could be doing more productive things.
Yossi Henderson: I think we should have more art and murals posted around the school because Nova is also kind of an art school. Having more art around the school will make Nova look more alternative and have a unique individuality.
