Cannabis is a genus of flowering plant that includes a single species, Cannabis sativa. The plant is used for fibers and oil (hemp), and may be used for medicinal purposes and as a recreational drug.

How To De-Stress

Let’s talk about some of the ways you can help yourself de-stress. The first option, which I really recommend, is to pack up your tent and hiking boots and go camping! There are so many health benefits to camping, and I’ll let you know some of the more stress-related ones here. When you’re camping, the fresh air is really beneficial. Breathing in the extra oxygen releases serotonin in your body, and your body is put under less strain. Being outside in the sun can also balance out your melatonin levels. Melatonin is what makes you feel tired and can even cause feelings of depression. Last but not least, camping promotes exercise. Exercising produces endorphins, which are brain chemicals that can act as natural painkillers and improve your ability to sleep, therefore reducing stress. Continue reading How To De-Stress
